Listed Options

Accessories: The accessories listed are requested by your instructor. Although not required to rent the instrument it would be prudent to purchase these items so your student will be ready for band without making additional trips to the store.

In-Store Pickup: Your instrument will be ready to pick up at the store location that services your school ie; Edmond Music, Gilliam Music or Larsen Music.

Ship to Home: Your instrument will be shipped to your home address UPS ground signature required. Your credit card will be charged $15.00 for the shipping expense.

Repairs: Our Repair and Replace Plan covers the instrument the entire time you are renting. The plan covers all repairs that effect the instruments, playability or replacement if stolen or lost by fire. In most cases we offer a 24 hour turn around time. In the event it may take longer we have a loaner for your student. In most instances the cost of the plan is far less than repair costs, so it is a wise investment encouraged by band and orchestra directors to keep your instrument preforming at its best.

Payments: When you complete our online rental application you will enter a credit card number to keep on file. The credit card you enter will only be charged in the event your Epic allowance is depleted.
