By purchasing products or services from this website, you agree to be bound by and accept this agreement and terms below.

Internet orders may be paid for using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Also you may pay with USPS money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks by mail. Just call us at 1-800-827-4266 to place your order.  All non-credit-card orders are subject to a 10-business-day hold.

All items purchased from Edmond Music, Gilliam Music or Larsen Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If applicable, charges for taxes of 7.75% will be shown on the invoice. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped in Oklahoma.

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty and service varies by manufacturer.

All returns must be accompanied by the following.

  1. Be in the original packaging complete with all materials and accessories such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.
  2. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or other materials.
  3. Include a return authorization number.

Damaged Shippents:

If your order has been damaged in shipping, you should contact the carrier that delivered your package. Please hold on to the damaged merchandise, the box, and all the packing material. The shipper will determine if the damage is their fault, and will contact us with the outcome.

Non Returnable Items:

No returns on Harmonicas, Pitch Pipes, Recorders, Reeds, Music, Clearence Items, Strings, Mouthpieces or Clothing.
